The industrial planet Mathema III, local designation Karndoo Mesums, gathered intelligence suggesting an Ork Waaagh heading it's way. Imperial agents placed the Militarum on stand by. Meanwhile, Adeptus Astartes aid was signalled and the Telepathica confirmed support will be sent.
17 days later.....
Ork skirmishes on the planets surface have been heavy on Militarum resources. A Dark Angels force has arrived and made preparations to engage the enemy. First contact was established outside the Capital city of M14.
Ravenwing, Deathwing Terminators and tactical squads made the initial engagement. Ork Boys were encountered in mobs. A well executed battle plan saw many Boyz slaughtered in the surpressive fire. Ravenwing bikers were taken out by the Ork mob, but their deaths were not in vein as this bought time for the Deathwing to arrive and slaughter every last Boy. What can be said of the assault is that the death toll to Xenos was efficient and extreme. None were spared.
Meanwhile tactical marines, under the command of Sergeant Raphael, reduced Ork Nobz to near pulp, before finishing them off in assault. Pyroclasts were bought in to dispose of the Xenos bodies after the engagement.
Captain Ramirex has designated the Ork encounter Code Name Macy.
Although Dark Angles by chapter, they had no issue with following the mantra of the Iron Hands - Victory is at it's most efficient when it is absolute. More Orks are expected, Dark Angel Forces continue to arrive at Mathema III.
