With the Drukhari being a nuisance in the Obolis sector and the recent arrival of an Aeldari scouting party for an unknown craftworld, the Adepta Sororitas called up the sector Astra Militarum to active duty.
The Sister superior sent them to intercept the craftworlders whilst her own Ebon Chalice patrol investigated disturbing news of a Necron Dynasty having risen. Both imperial detachments were given very specific orders - methodical eradication.
The Militarum were able to head off the Aeldari, but were ill prepared for what awaited them. The Wraith Seer making short work of the tanks. However, the guardians were systematically wiped out by a lone commissar showing the way to fight. The Autarch had vengeance by firing a fusion pistol in the back of the commissars head. The Aeldari thereafter made short work of the remaining militarum forces.
The Ebon Chalice on the other hand followed their order to the letter and left no Necron standing. The persisting Rad Waste not enough to la low the holy fervor of the Sororitas.
Reporting back to their superiors it was now clear that the Obolis sector of the Charadon System was now under threat from Xenos forces. Even more disturbing is that long range augers indicate Word Bearers Chaos Space Marines and Daemonic disturbances were inbound for Obolis.
The war for Charadon was firmly underway.
